Returns
To request a return, please contact us at support@fenuko.store with your order number and the reason for your return.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, unused, and in their original packaging. Please do not send a return without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at support@fenuko.store.
Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging when applicable so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene, safety, personalization, or other reasons. If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before initiating a return.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs may vary depending on the reason for the return. If the return is due to an error on our part or an eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide instructions after reviewing your request.
For other eligible returns, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
