Được. Với FENUKO mình sẽ đi theo hướng chặt nhưng không viết quá cực đoan, đặc biệt vì bạn bán cho khách Mỹ. Không nên ghi kiểu “NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES”, vì vừa làm giảm niềm tin vừa có thể xung đột với quyền bắt buộc của người tiêu dùng trong một số trường hợp.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
